Be transported into new worlds and experience programming in a whole new way. Step inside exciting 3D environments and interact with entertaining characters using code. Learn coding logic and fundamentals as you play engaging mini-games. Explore loops, conditionals, variables, arrays, and functions all while being immersed in virtual 3D environments and coding with 3D code blocks. While taking a break from the VR headset, apply your coding skills by programming a rolling Sphero robot to meet challenges.

Instructors
Diane Holt, MAT, has been training students, customers and employees on software packages for over two decades. Her passion is creating–then watching–the “ah-ha” moments as students gain confidence and skills in coding!
Sonya Neunzert, BS in Digital Art, is a freelance programmer and artist. Sonya works in 3D animation, game art, virtual reality development and creative coding, primarily using Unity Engine and Blender3D. She programs in C#, Python and Java. Sonya sees coding not only as a useful tool, but as a fascinating artistic medium as well.
Coding is within everyone’s reach.
Computer Science is about much more than teaching technology. It incorporates logic, problem solving, and creativity in an engaging way for all ages.
Coding is simply the language of computers and every computer has the same logic. Once the logic is learned, you can tell a computer to do anything.
The possibilities are endless for creative expression and logical thinking.
Coding is not only creative and fun, it is also a necessary skill.
